Pleasant Hill PTA has fundraisers to support its budget for the many programs PTA runs to benefit our kids and school (see list of 5 18 committees to see what we do!).

Fundraisers:  These programs are for the purpose of raising funds for PTA via donations and purchases.

PTA's annual Fall fundraiser is through Sally Foster, which carries wrapping paper and gift items.  The Sally Foster fundraiser provides the majority of PTA funds for the year.  More information.

Rewards Programs:  These programs raise money for PTA by "rewarding" spending on certain items, and are not considered "direct" fundraisers for PTA.

Order Manna gift cards at face value through the PTA and the PTA receives a portion of the value of the cards.  Manna forms will come home around Christmastime.

Collect Box Tops (please trim them!) and deposit them in the plastic bin in front of the main office.

Collect Campbells labels and deposit them in the plastic bin in front of the main office.

Buy participating products at Dominicks through September 9, 2008. If you are already registered with escrip, your 10% contribution will automatically be donated to your school.  If you are not registered with escrip, cash register receipt tapes with redemption codes will start printing on September 12th and continue through October 6th.  Turn in ONE of those receipts in to the plastic bin in front of the main office at school by October 13th for PTA to be able to redeem those rewards certificates.

  • eScrip

Register your Dominicks card with eScrip, and Dominicks will donate up to 4% of your purchase to the PTA.  You can also download AutoEarn, a free software program that generates contributions to PTA on purchases at stores you already shop at.  You pay the same amount you normally would shopping online, but generate contributions for PTA at the same time.  If you do not want to download the program, you can shop through the Online Mall at eScrip and generate contributions to PTA as well.

Fundraisers for District 15:  These programs are fundraisers for the District and Pleasant Hill School.  Although they may be run by PTA volunteers, the money does not go to fund PTA activities.

This Pleasant Hill fundraiser supports the library with proceeds going to purchase books and AR tests for the library.

  • Walk-a-thon/Read-a-thon

This District 15 Educational Foundation fundraiser supports the library and purchasing technology for the school.  Proceeds are split between the school and the Ed Foundation.

This Pleasant Hill fundraiser supports the library with book donations in honor of students' birthdays.

PTA and school staff organize the collection of old cell phones ($3 per phone is donated to the school by Motorola) and old athletic shoes (for recycling).

Fundraisers for Pleasant Hill:  Get Smart @ PH is a fundraiser that benefits Pleasant Hill School by raising money for Smart Boards, but is not run or coordinated by the PTA.  Teachers and parents at Pleasant Hill School coordinate these activities independent of the PTA. Click here for more information about Get Smart @ PH.
