Manna Order Form
What is Manna?
Manna is a program where parents, teachers and staff can
purchase gift cards through their school.
You buy the gift cards at face value, and the school
receives between 3% - 14% of the gift card value as cash-back.
How do I order Manna?
Download the Manna order
form here or look for Manna order forms in the
Pleasant Views or at the Front Office in the Manna Drop
Box. Just check
off the gift cards you want, and send the order form and
check in to school with your child, or drop back in the
Manna Drop Box.
Manna
Delivery
Manna is delivered in your child’s backpack.
Orders in by Friday will be delivered the
following Wednesday. Manna order forms
will be available around Christmastime.

How would I use Manna?
Any way you would use a regular gift
card!
Example 1: Gifts during the Holidays,
birthdays, thank-you’s, etc.
Instead of running all over town to get gift
cards for Christmas, birthdays, etc., just order
them through your school. It’s quick, easy and
benefits Pleasant Hill at no cost to you.
Example 2: Grocery Shopping
Who doesn’t spend money at Jewel or Dominicks
every week? By ordering Dominicks or Jewel gift
cards and using them for your regular shopping,
you can support Pleasant Hill at no cost to you.
Example 3: Restaurants
Do you have a favorite restaurant you enjoy
frequenting? Manna has a large range of
restaurants to choose from. Buy cards to use for
restaurants you frequently visit, or for a
special occasion, including Starbucks, Fridays,
Rainforest Café, Chuck E. Cheese and more!
Example 4: Your Favorite Store!
Find yourself at Home Depot every other weekend?
—-> Manna carries Home Depot cards!
Does Toys R Us consider you a VERY good
customer?
—-> Manna carries Toys/Babies R Us cards!
Chances are Manna carries a card for the places
you normally shop! Use Manna and support your
school whenever you shop!
